Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps for integrating next-gen solutions into existing systems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive innovations
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with ESG goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic technology planning and emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
