Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technology trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate technical capabilities into scalable business solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future technology concepts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Strong business acumen with experience in market analysis and commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of launching innovative products or services in tech-forward environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
