Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on tech adoption and adaptation
- Represent company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills for executive audiences
