Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026+ horizon) and develop strategic adoption frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Create technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Conduct competitive analysis in quantum/AI/blockchain ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Develop ROI models for emerging technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership role
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and sustainability tech standards
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
