Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with business objectives and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to prototype future solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech initiatives into corporate strategy
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position Nexus as an innovation leader
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders including investors and industry partners
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure impact on business growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with 3+ year implementation cycles
