Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Lead ideation workshops for 2026+ technology applications in enterprise environments
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for futuristic solutions using emerging frameworks
- Partner with product teams to integrate next-gen capabilities into existing ecosystems
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive innovations in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
