Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investors
- Build partnerships with tech startups, academia, and industry consortia
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of disruptive technologies
