Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends through market analysis and patent research
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on tech adoption and strategy
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (preferred)
