- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for long-term tech planning
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating to business strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
