Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, IoT) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory compliance
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least 3 of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market data into strategy
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., SPSM, PMP) preferred
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- MBA or advanced technical degree required
