Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise-level deployments
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of 2026 regulatory frameworks (AI ethics, data sovereignty)
