Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and emerging domains
- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruptions

- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology insights to executive leadership and board committees

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and executive audiences
