Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026+ technology strategy aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research labs and academic institutions
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of futuristic solutions
- Mentor a team of 5+ technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
