Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward solutions into core offerings
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain an external network of tech pioneers and research institutions
- Develop KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track technology maturity curves
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management a plus
