- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a high-performing R&D team of 8-12 specialists

- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching revenue-generating tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and forecasting
- Certification in strategic technology management (e.g., CSTM)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
