Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impacts on strategy
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, Web3, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous technology transitions
