Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA innovation labs
- Drive ESG integration in technology development cycles
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Author industry thought leadership for Forbes, TechCrunch, and IEEE
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to commercial viability
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep expertise in tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Security clearance (preferred)
