Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, aligning with business objectives
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech sectors
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech
- Experience developing and implementing corporate innovation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Portfolio of successful strategic initiatives or published industry research
