Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 2026 technology roadmap aligning with global market trends and company vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for commercial viability and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype next-generation digital solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and ethical implications of technological evolution

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
