Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps spanning quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and spatial computing for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitive intelligence to identify first-mover advantages
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative innovation
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and track emerging technology adoption curves
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of calculated risk-taking and experimentation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech, or spatial computing)
- Proven track record of launching at least three breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Expertise in technology lifecycle management and agile innovation methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks governing emerging technologies and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, CB Insights)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen hubs)
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS) or innovation management preferred
