Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech R&D
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation hubs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget allocation for future technology incubation projects
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and its societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or tech scale-up
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or metaverse
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in technology forecasting models
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals preferred
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems and strategic partnerships
