- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Present innovation strategies to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory implications
- Drive culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, sustainable AI)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, MIT Media Lab, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in ambiguous environments
