- Develop patentable innovations in decentralized systems and Web3
- Present technology strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and partnerships
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics implementation
- Expertise in blockchain architecture and decentralized systems
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Experience securing government innovation grants
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks
