- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and market disruption goals
- Develop ethical implementation frameworks for emerging technologies
- Create competitive intelligence reports and market positioning strategies
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot deployment
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services (portfolio required)
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Deep knowledge of at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field

- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Horizons, TOWS matrix)
