Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and investment priorities
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate R&D cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, or similar)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CSTM, CFIP)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
