Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology foresight initiatives mapping innovation trajectories through 2026
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and Web3 solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage technology innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual budget
- Foster partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Strategic consulting or product management experience in tech-forward industries
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
