Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market positioning
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and technology pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure strategic alignment
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CDMP) preferred
