Qualifications

- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record in forecasting tech disruption (e.g., blockchain, AGI)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience securing $50M+ in future-tech R&D funding
