Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Proven track record leading $5M+ R&D initiatives in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published author in technology foresight or innovation strategy journals
- Experience securing government innovation grants and private sector partnerships
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
