Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
