Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with 2026 market trends

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in frontier tech domains
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven success in scaling innovative projects from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
