Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for future tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation lab resources and vendor partnerships
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing R&D budgets >$5M
- Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities
