- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs to access cutting-edge innovations
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting future technology deployment
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully deploying emerging technologies in enterprise environments
