Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on future business landscapes
- Mentor junior innovation specialists on future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting complex tech strategies to C-level audiences
