Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy horizon for 2026, identifying disruptive trends and market opportunities

- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and assess their commercial viability and ethical implications
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Create technology roadmaps aligned with ESG principles and sustainable development goals
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration with a focus on innovation
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented technology roadmaps
- Expertise in foresight methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
