Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze quantum/AI/Synthetic Biology convergence opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Curate partnerships with academic research institutions
- Advise on ethical implementation of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
