Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers in prototyping future solutions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI for future-focused projects
- Collaborate with academic institutions and startups to source breakthrough technologies
- Anticipate ethical implications and regulatory challenges of emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth sectors
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 industry-disruptive products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)

- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google AI)
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes for innovative technologies
