Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology adoption strategy across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify commercial opportunities
- Partner with government agencies on regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Published research on ethical tech implementation
- Experience securing federal innovation grants
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
