Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, AR/VR 2.0)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in next-gen tech verticals
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven prioritization
- Partner with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) on R&D initiatives
- Champion ethical tech deployment and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in future tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
