Responsibilities

- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to accelerate technology adoption
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record leading successful technology transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience working with executive leadership on long-term vision planning
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
