Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused project governance
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen research initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports on tech policy and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ stakeholder engagements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published author or speaker at global tech conferences (AWS re:Invent, CES, etc.)
- Experience with government tech policy frameworks (NIST, ISO 27000)
