Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for tech adoption opportunities
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage vendor partnerships and pilot programs for emerging technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Expertise in market analysis and competitive intelligence methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
