Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential
- Lead strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Translate technical capabilities into market opportunities and revenue streams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for emerging technology initiatives
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and commercializing innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
