Responsibilities

- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and incubate emerging tech startups
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Author thought leadership publications on the societal impact of next-gen technologies
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years of tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Certification in Technology Strategy Management (TSM) or equivalent
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants for advanced R&D
