- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and recommend mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to shape future standards
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across emerging technology domains
- Develop KPIs to track technology adoption readiness and ROI for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management, with proven experience in future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech) and their market implications
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Certifications in technology foresight, innovation management, or strategic planning a plus
