Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling innovative solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching tech products/services with >$100M impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in strategic management or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio of published thought leadership or patents
