Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory landscapes of emerging technologies
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, webinars) to establish industry authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, etc.)
