Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives for 2026+
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, decentralized systems) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product concepts
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
- Build competitive intelligence reports on emerging tech disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 disruptive tech products
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards of directors
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
