Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging tech (quantum, AGI, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing of breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor committees
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and startups in emerging tech ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Guide ethical implementation frameworks for disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrable impact on future-tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two frontier tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, blockchain)
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with proficiency in scenario modeling and forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in Strategic Technology Management (STM) or equivalent
