Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026-forward technology strategy aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead discovery and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) through rigorous market analysis and pilot programs
- Develop cross-functional implementation frameworks for rapid tech integration across product lines
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to access cutting-edge innovations
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance protocols for advanced technology adoption
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment and adaptation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or neuromorphic systems
- Executive-level experience with technology roadmapping and portfolio management
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
